#FridayFive – Week 4 Kamagon Ball HIIT Workout – #GetYourSweatOn

#FridayFiveWorkout - Kamagon Ball HIIT | Healthy, Fit & Barefoot!

Happy Friday my friends!!

This is the final week of my #FridayFive workouts featuring the fun Kamagon Ball! Today’s workout is a fun one that will get your heart rate up and sweat flowing! 🙂 I hope you enjoy it!

Set your timer for 30 seconds of work, 10 seconds rest with a 1 minute recovery in between each round. (I recommend warming up with jumping jacks, jogging & jump rope for 3 minutes) You will do all five exercises for five rounds. If you are a beginner, then just do 2-3 rounds. You can use whatever you have on hand for this workout.

If you would like to get your own Kamagon Ball, which is a fun hydro-inertia fitness tool that adds resistance to your workouts by the movement of water within the ball, you can get one for 25% off with code: SPHF25 at www.hedstromfitness.com/sweatpink. This code is good through 2/28.

Here are the exercises:

Standing Oblique Twists

Sit-Ups

Sumo Squats

Lunge & Press

Skater Jumps

Have fun with this workout! It will take you less than 30 minutes to get through it.

Stay Healthy my Friends!

XO,

Carrie A Groff
