Mango Goji Green Protein Smoothie | Healthy, Fit & Barefoot!

This has been a crazy busy week my healthy friends, so today’s post is a short and simple healthy smoothie recipe that’s got protein, fruit and even greens in it so it’s a great smoothie to have for breakfast or lunch! It also has electrolytes from the coconut water so it’s ideal to have before or after a workout too.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup coconut water (make sure you buy one that doesn’t have any added sugars)
  • 2 cups frozen mango
  • 3 cups organic baby spinach
  • 1/2 juice of a lime
  • 1 TBSP Goji Berries (my favorite brand is Navita’s Naturals)
  • 1 scoop Vegan Protein (I use Everlast VP – use my code: HEALTHYFITANDBAREFOOT for an insiders discount)

Blend all ingredients in a high powered blender (I love my Vitamix), serve and enjoy!! It’s getting to be that time of year where I love eating smoothies daily so I will be sharing more yummy smoothie recipes to keep it interesting!
