Happy Tuesday, my healthy friends! Today’s tip is a great one if you are not a morning person, or just need a way to get some energy first thing in the morning without caffeine.
Take 1 drop of Peppermint and 1 drop of Frankincense and put them on the bottom of your feet, or on the inside of your wrists to feel energized, alert and focused. This is a great tip to use right before your morning workout too. You could also diffuse 3 drops of each in your diffuser too. If you wanted to add a citrus zip to it, add in 3 drops of lemon as well.
