#SundayZenday – Sharing my Accomplishment & Prepping for the Upcoming Week

Happy Sunday! Sunday is my day to rest and recover from this past week’s workouts and also to prepare myself for the upcoming week.

I also want to share with you an accomplishment I achieved this past week. I have been practicing Yoga and working towards reaching a goal of mastering Crow Pose. Well, this week I did it! Well…I held it for about 5 seconds, which is very exciting! I couldn’t get my feet off the ground before.

Today I did a lovely Yoga Flow routine with Leslie Fightmaster on YouTube. It was a nice relaxing yoga flow that helped stretch my muscles and work on my flexibility. This was also today’s #SweatPink #NoExcuses daily challenge.
