Do you need to supplement with a multi-vitamin? Take the 90-Day Peak Performance Challenge!

I’m a true believer in preventative health care. I don’t ever want to get a serious illness or disease and look back and think “What could I have done differently?”. I know sometimes there isn’t anything that can be done, but if there is something that I can do to keep my body as healthy as possible, then I plan on doing it.

-We spend our lives spending our health

Multivitamin/Mineral pills are the most commonly used supplement in the U.S. I believe they are the most important supplement you can take & should spend your money on to live a healthy life.

I’m not saying that they should replace a healthy & balanced diet. They should help supplement a healthy & balanced diet. You can get all the nutrition you need from food, BUT…it’s not as easy as you think. For the human body to complete all the tasks it does in a normal day, it must be given a wide & complex variety of vital nutrients. If you exercise on a regular basis, your body needs even more nutrients. An active body requires more nutrition to function properly.

2/3 of Americans are overweight & almost everyone has tried losing weight by dieting at some point in their life. If you eat less than 2000 calories in a day (even if it’s all healthy food items) there just isn’t enough quantity of food there to meet your body’s nutritional needs.

Everyone knows that the Standard American Diet is not a healthy one. It’s full of processed and packaged sugar-laden ingredients. Ingredients that aren’t even real foods.

38% of adults in the U.S. report consuming fruits less than one time daily and less than 22% report eating vegetables daily. Out of a 2,775 daily calorie diet only 424 calories come from dairy, fruit and vegetables! That’s a scary fact!

Unhealthy diets (like the Standard American Diet) are at the root of many of today’s medical conditions, including pain & inflammation. Inflammation is the cause of many, many, many diseases. We can prevent many diseases by changing our diet and supplementing it with a multivitamin.

Now, I don’t recommend just any vitamin. When you purchase vitamins like Centrum and One-A-Day your body is only absorbing less than 10% of the minerals in those vitamins. That sounds like a waste of money if you ask me. If I’m going to take a vitamin I want my body to absorb as much of it as possible.

The vitamin I recommend is the Peak Performance pack from Melaleuca. The absorption rate with these vitamins is 85%! I’ve been a Melaleuca customer for over 3 years and their supplements are the best out there. They are powered by a technology called Oligo which now has two U.S. Patents, so nobody else has this technology. “Oligo is the only mineral delivery system that delivers minerals to the body in the same form they’re found in plants, by binding them with proteins and fibers. This provides superior mineral absorption and maximum antioxidant protection.”

Melaleuca just announced first-of-its-kind research that they had done in Freiburg, Germany. Freiburg is home to one of the oldest and most esteemed scientific communities in the world. This Freiburg study showed significant improvements across several key measures within one hour of taking the pack for the first time. One Hour!! That’s pretty amazing! Think about it…your health can improve in as little as one hour!

Some of the key measures that were found were:

* Reduction in free radicals
* Heart rate doesn’t raise as high during exercise (greater efficiency)
* Improved resistance to inflammation
* Significantly reduced glycemic spikes after meals
* Lower cholesterol
* Lower blood pressure

Even greater improvements were seen after 6 weeks of taking the pack and the greatest improvement was observed after taking the pack for 12 weeks.

Now, of course vitamins and supplements will never be a cure for any kind of disease, but they can greatly improve your health.

My mom had fantastic results with Melaleuca supplements after she had her blood tests done. She saw lower cholesterol levels, lower triglyceride levels, lower blood pressure, and the good cholesterol actually went up.

A lot of people don’t ever notice any significant changes in their body after taking supplements. If you don’t notice significant changes then they aren’t working properly. I recommend taking the Peak Performance 90-Day Challenge with Melaleuca and if you don’t see any results you can get a full refund. Before you start the challenge you visit your physician and request a blood draw and lab work so you can record your numbers then after the 90 day challenge revisit your physician for a follow-up blood draw and record those numbers. Also, note how you are feeling.

Are you ready to see your body perform at it’s peak?! No matter your age, fitness level, or relative health, you will see measurable benefits.

Contact me with any questions or to learn more about this amazing Freiburg Study!

  1. Right now, I only spend maybe 2-5 hours a week on it since I’m studying to become a personal trainer as well to round out my Health & Wellness business. Melaleuca has fantastic commission structure with lots of bonuses. Income levels really depend on how much time you invest, how many team members are also building a team, and how many customers you enroll. Let me know if you have any other questions!

  2. Hi Carrie,
    I want to take the 90 day challenge but what type of blood test do I request? Just say I want a regular work up like I get annually?
    Thanks!
