So I just found out about October #Unprocessed challenge from Andrew Wilder at the Eating Rules blog and I’m super excited about it! I love eating healthy, real whole foods!
I took the pledge to eat only whole, real foods this month. I try and do this all the time anyway, but I’m really motivated to do it by taking the pledge.
